By downloading, installing, or using the Zinro application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Zinro is an Android productivity overlay assistant that uses artificial intelligence to generate smart text shortcuts and template suggestions for popular productivity and communications platforms. The App interfaces locally with standard user input fields to quickly populate templates directly into your typing box.

You must sign in using Google OAuth to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
All payments are processed through PhonePe, an RBI-authorized and PCI DSS-compliant payment aggregator. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking (as supported by PhonePe in India). International users are billed in INR; the equivalent amount will be charged in your local currency by PhonePe.
Pro subscriptions auto-renew each month on your billing date. You can cancel at any time from the app Settings → Cancel Subscription. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period.
Subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the paid period — no partial refunds are issued. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable since credits represent an allocated digital balance credited immediately to your account dashboard upon successful payment authorization. Unused credit allocations are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that results in an incorrect charge, contact us at hello@zinro.app for assistance.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase and will have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
Team owners can invite up to 10 members via email. Team members share the owner's AI call credits and business context. Each member retains their own saves, settings, and preferences. Only the owner can purchase credits or subscriptions. The owner is responsible for all activity by team members under their account.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zinro Labs is not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. AI-generated suggestions are for assistance purposes only — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all messages before sending them.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and saved data. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@zinro.app.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
