Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Zinro application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Zinro is an Android AI writing assistant that uses artificial intelligence to generate context-aware reply suggestions for popular messaging and communication platforms. The App uses Accessibility Service to read conversation text and a floating overlay to present AI-generated writing suggestions.

Zinro assists users with writing. Users remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending all messages.

Key features include:

• AI writing suggestions
• AI command mode ("ai:" prefix)
• Business context for personalized suggestions
• Team sharing (owner + up to 10 members)
• Customizable edge tab and overlay

3. User Accounts

You must sign in using Google OAuth to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

4. Team Feature

Team owners can invite up to 10 members via email. Team members share the owner's business context. Each member retains their own settings and preferences. The owner is responsible for all activity by team members under their account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App to send spam, harassment, or abusive messages
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App
• Redistribute the App without authorization

6. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zinro Labs is not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. AI-generated suggestions are for assistance purposes only — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all messages before sending them. Zinro never sends messages automatically. Every AI-generated suggestion must be reviewed and manually sent by the user.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and saved data. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@zinro.app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
